Personal License

Photographer, Ksu Koystinen, grants buyer a nonexclusive perpetual personal-use license to download the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions:

  • This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Photographs for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints copies for personal use. The Photographs cannot be used for purposes of monetary charges, collection of fees, or any other form of remuneration. The Photographs cannot be used in advertising. The Photographs cannot be resold, relicensed, or sublicensed.
  • Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Photographs remain exclusively with the Content Provider, Ksu Koystinen.
  • There are no warranties, express or implied. The Photographs are provided 'as is.'

 

Commercial License

Photographer, Ksu Koystinen, grants you a perpetual, nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying image(s) for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:

  • advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging
  • as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes (maximum 800x600 pixels) use
  • prints, posters, flyers, tear sheets for promotional purposes (not for resale)
  • prints, posters, or other commercial display of Media
  • magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications
  • video, broadcast, theatrical

What you cannot do: Buyer cannot resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from Content Provider, Ksu Koystinen. Use for derivative work other than outlined above, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. The Photographs cannot be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. The Photographs cannot be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. The Photographs cannot be made available for download.

Content Provider, Ksu Koystinen, retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Photographs.

There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of the digital image.
